Returns Policy

At Trans-Ply, we are committed to providing high-quality van customization products and services. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
You may return an item within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns (order confirmation email or invoice).
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to customization or installation. These include:

Custom van fittings (e.g., ply lining, shelving)

Installed security solutions (e.g., deadlocks, Replocks)

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items:

Installed products (e.g., deadlocks, lighting systems) are non-returnable once fitted.

Customized solutions that have been made to order are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Before returning your item, please email us at contact@transply.co.uk or call 0113 403 4771 to notify us of your return request. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3.Inspection & Refund:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

In the case of faulty or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer either a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for the same product (for reasons such as defect or damage), please contact us at contact@transply.co.uk or 0113 403 4771, and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

Contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds can take time to officially post.
